As far as I know, farming has been set to people with Premium Services only. That means that unless you have purchased a premium package, you will not be allowed to rent out a farmland. This has taken effect a while ago but I thought I'd update that here in case people do not know this.

This was done by Nexon to combat the bot problems with farming, so blame the bots.
